I honestly don’t know where to begin with this review, because I wish I could tell everyone just how much this whole practice has helped me. ❤️

I have always been incredibly nervous and frightened of dentists, but Jeanne has completely restored my faith in dentistry. Because of her kindness, patience and understanding, I now genuinely feel that I can attend regularly and look after my teeth without the fear I used to have. She is honestly the best dentist I have ever met, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me.

And then there is Emma, her dental assistant, who is just so lovely, kind, sweet and thoughtful. She has made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way, and her kindness has meant so much to me.

Katie, my hygienist, has also been absolutely amazing. She was so kind and reassuring, and made something I was absolutely dreading feel so much more manageable. And thank you to Sylwia, her assistant, for being so lovely too. ❤️

I also have to mention Julie, who removed my teeth for me. She was incredible — so calm, reassuring and professional, and she made what I had been absolutely terrified about so much easier than I ever imagined.

And Leighanne, who was there helping me when I had my teeth removed and was so calm and reassuring. She is always so lovely whenever she sees me, waving and asking how I am, and those little things really do make such a difference.

Every single person I have come across at Queens Drive has been kind, caring and understanding. You have all helped me more than you probably realise, and I genuinely feel that I am now in a completely different place with my dental care.

Great dental practise. Excellent pain free Hygienist visit with Katie and Emma leaving my teeth clean and feeling great. First class dental appointment with John Paul where he took the time to discuss my concerns and explain what might be required in the future.

Jeanne and Emma were great, reassuring and answered any questions I had. The standard of work was also very high and I'm more than happy with the results.

John Paul is a great dentist and Katie and Emma were great in the hygienist department too. Lovely staff and very experienced and skilful. They really put me at my ease and have overseen a transformation in my oral health.
